The Purpose:
· To reach the hearts of business people with relevant leadership training and mentoring.
· To connect Christian business people for business & professional support, encouragement, education and mentoring.
· To be a gathering place for Christians in the Marketplace both online and at networking meetings.
Local meetings are luncheons from 12-1pm on the first & third Fridays each month, in Mobile, Alabama. If you are within driving distance to Mobile, go to the website for the exact location to attend. Each luncheon meeting features local speakers some of whom have been:
~ Mayor Sam Jones-the mayor of Mobile. He welcomed the group to the community and spoke to us about business in Mobile. From all he spoke about, we here in Mobile have great things to look forward to.
~ Jamie Frampton of Mortgage Team 1, Inc. who spoke about: "The Wisdom of Investing in Today's Market".
~ Deborah Jones, the Director of Happiness and author of "From the Guttermost to the Uttermost."
~ Larry Ezell, co-owner of Air Specialty, Inc, H.O. Motorsports, Inc., Blackwell's Nursery & Ablegro, Inc. He spoke on "God's ATM Machine".
~ Dr. Diana Sturm, owner and Personal Growth Advisor at Legacy Financial Planning, LLC. She spoke on "How to be a Tree - Lessons from an Oak".
~ Naomi Maurer, co-owner of MY Victorian Bed & Breakfast Her topic: "Do It Anyway - Why Doing the Right Thing Isn't Often Popular".
~ Myronda Reuben Dexter, owner of Yani Productions, Inc. and creator, host and executive producer of the television show, "In the Spirit with Myronda". Her topic was "It's Not Over".
~ Jeanne Anderson of Shumock & Anderson, LLC, CPAs and she gave us great "Tax Tips for Business Owners".
